Return Policy

Returns 

We adopt a strict 30-day refund and returns policy. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we won’t be able to exchange or refund your item. 


To be eligible for a refund, or to return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Your item must still be sealed and in its original packaging, and shipped via registered mail. Should the item/s not reach our office, proof of shipping is to be sent via email on: printsplease19@gmail.com.  


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 

- Any print not in its original condition, which is damaged or scratched for reasons not due to our error; 

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. 


Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or otherwise of your refund. 

Should your refund be approved, the amount paid will be automatically reimbursed to your credit card or original method of payment, within a given number of days. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, refunds may take a number of days in order to be processed. 

Next contact your bank. Refunds may take from 3-5 working days in order to become visible in an account. 

If you’ve followed the above procedure and still have not received your refund, please contact us at printsplease19@gmail.com and we will try to sort out your query in a timely manner.


Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded; sale items are not eligible under this policy. 


Exchanges (if applicable) 

We can only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at printsplease19@gmail.com, including images that explain why you need to exchange your purchase. We will guide you accordingly. 


Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a voucher code for the value of your item. 


Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail it to:

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 


The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary, depending on your provenance.


If you are shipping an item costing over €80, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or even purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
